SEETIV is a place where people share perspectives on real businesses: what they noticed, what works, what could be stronger, and ideas worth trying.

SEETIV is not a review site. There are no ratings, stars or rankings. Perspectives are personal observations and opinions of the people who write them, not statements of fact by SEETIV, and not endorsements of any business.

You need an account to add businesses or perspectives. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details private. Use your real identity — SEETIV works because perspectives are attributable to real people.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Contributions must be based on something you actually observed. Do not post:

• —Untrue statements of fact about a business or person
• —Insults, harassment, threats or hate speech
• —Private or personal information about identifiable individuals
• —Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks
• —Advertising, spam, or paid promotion disguised as a perspective
• —Content you were paid or asked to post by the business itself, without saying so

Criticism is welcome. Aim it at the business and what you observed, not at named employees.

You keep ownership of everything you contribute. By posting, you give SEETIV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, distribute and promote your contribution on and through SEETIV.

Contributions are part of a shared public record. This means we may keep your contributions visible even after you delete your account, in which case we will detach them from your profile at your request. Contact us if you want a contribution removed and we will consider it case by case.

A business page can be created by anyone who noticed the business. A business does not need to opt in, and being listed does not imply any relationship with SEETIV.

Business owners can claim their page to add official information and take part in the discussion. Claiming a page does not give an owner the right to delete or edit other people's perspectives.

If you believe something on SEETIV is factually untrue, unlawful, or infringes your rights, email hello@seetiv.com with a link and an explanation. We review reports and can edit, hide or remove content.

Only post real opportunities you’re entitled to share. No job ads, recruitment spam or public offers of shares, loans or other investments. SEETIV only helps people connect. We don’t verify anyone, we’re not part of any agreement, and you’re responsible for your own due diligence. We can reject, close or remove any opportunity.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why. We are not obliged to monitor everything posted, but we act on reports.

SEETIV is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, or that contributions are accurate, complete or suitable for any decision you make. Ideas shared on SEETIV are not professional, legal, financial or business advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SEETIV. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site. Continuing to use SEETIV after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to another court.
