Who is responsible
[Tulipro], KvK [83605193], [Thesaurier 8, 1412NT, Naarden, The Netherlands], Netherlands, is the data controller for personal data processed on SEETIV. For any privacy question, email hello@seetiv.com.
What we collect
When you create an account:
- —Your name and email address
- —Your profile details, such as role, profession, location and photo, if you add them
- —Your password, stored in hashed form by our authentication provider
When you use SEETIV:
- —The businesses you add and the perspectives, ideas and comments you write
- —Photos you upload
- —Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and to keep the service running
What is public
Your name, profile details and every contribution you make are public. Anyone can read them, including people who are not signed in, and search engines can index them.
Your email address is not public. Only add information to your profile that you are comfortable showing publicly.
Why we process it and on what basis
- —To provide the platform and your account — performance of our agreement with you
- —To show your contributions publicly under your name — performance of our agreement with you, since this is the core purpose of SEETIV
- —To keep SEETIV safe, prevent spam and abuse, and respond to reports — our legitimate interest
- —To send you service emails such as password resets and replies to your contributions — performance of our agreement with you
- —To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data and we do not show advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect it:
- —Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
- —[Lovable] — hosting and content delivery
- —[EMAIL PROVIDER] — sending service emails
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Opportunities and connections
When your opportunity is approved, its content, your name and your profile are public. When you send a connection request, your note and profile are shared with the person who posted. If they accept, you both see each other’s account email address so you can continue outside SEETIV. We never share your email before a request is accepted. We email you about new requests, accepted requests and moderation decisions. Opportunities expire after 90 days, and you can close yours at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your account data.
Public contributions are part of a shared record and may stay visible after your account is deleted. On request we will detach them from your name so they are no longer linked to you. Contact us if you want specific contributions removed entirely.
Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes, normally no longer than 12 months.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Email hello@seetiv.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Children
SEETIV is not intended for people under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will flag significant changes on the site.
